Initiate Your Return
Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a mailing bag or shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Items
Print your generated shipping label, attach it to the outside of the package, and drop it off at any authorized Australia Post location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3-5 business days.
